Sony Pictures Television Group: How do you design a global launch strategy for an iconic reboot of The Firm? The challenge was to launch Sony’s first foray into original scripted television with a continuation of John Grisham’s wildly successful The Firm. Sony retained Beehive to come up with a launch strategy that would operate globally (North America, South America, Asia & Europe), yet still retain regional flexibility. Beehive delivered a comprehensive strategy that delivered theatrical quality oomph to this new global television series and served as a platform to boost the overall brand equity of Sony’s global AXN channels.

Verizon: They wanted to put together a program to reach Latino small business owners to promote their Latino Small Business Awards and also to communicate their solutions to help businesses go digital. Beehive recruited consumer focus group panels in 8 western markets and put together workshops (in English and Spanish) for Latino small businesses that gave them insights into how their consumers interact with their products and brands across digital platforms including social media and mobile media. The takeaway: business owners came to understand how they could run their business on-the-go by using tools such as their smartphones, tablets and personal 4G hotpsots, as well inexpensively expand their reach through social and mobile media.
